  • Service and implementation:

    The company provides car cleaning services through its trained employees and equipped with the necessary equipment. The service is implemented according to the dates specified by the customer via the electronic application.

    Timing and adherence to schedule:

    Employees must arrive at the vehicle location on time and adhere to the specified schedule to provide the service. Any potential delays are explained, and the client's approval is obtained before the service begins.

    Check vehicle condition:

    Employees must thoroughly inspect the vehicle's condition before beginning the cleaning process, documenting any pre-existing damage in a written report form, and signed or electronically approved by the customer. Any problem that arises during the cleaning process is documented and notified to the customer immediately.

    Identity verification:

    Staff must verify the customer’s identity and the validity of the order before starting the service, to ensure the customer’s safety and security.

    Interior and Exterior Cleaning:

    Employees must carefully clean the vehicle inside and out according to customer specifications and professional standards. Approved and safe cleaning products and materials are used for all parts of the vehicle, taking care to avoid using any materials that negatively affect the paint or interior materials of the vehicle.

    Customer Involvement:

    Employees are instructed to explain proposed cleaning operations to the customer and obtain their approval before starting work if desired. The client is informed of any problems that arise during cleaning and approval of the proposed correction actions is requested.

    Service Documentation:

    Employees must document every step in the cleaning process in detail, including services provided, materials used, and time taken. The service report is signed by the employee and the customer in writing or electronically as confirmation that the service has been fully received and the customer is satisfied with the result.

    Responsibilities:

    The company is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the vehicle during the cleaning process, unless the damage results from clear negligence on the part of the employees, and the customer must inform the company immediately if any damage occurs during cleaning. The company is also not responsible for the loss of any item in the vehicle, and the customer must hand over the vehicle free of money, possessions, and any other items. The customer is responsible for insuring his car while providing the service.

    Payment and billing:

    The customer must pay the required fees when booking the service via the electronic application. The invoice is sent via email or text message to the customer after completing the service.

    Cancellation and modification:

    The customer can cancel or modify the reservation before the appointment, provided that a cancellation fee of (..%) of the value of the service will be applied.

    Service Evaluation:

    After completing the service, the customer is asked to provide an evaluation via the electronic application of the employees’ performance and service quality.

    Information integrity:

    Customer data and payment information are treated confidentially and are not shared with third parties without the customer’s consent. The company uses advanced security technologies to protect customers' personal data.

    Documentation of Communications:

    All communications between employees and customers, including phone calls, text messages, and emails, are documented for tracking and documentation purposes.
